Yes! Complete customer service is at the core of Aaron & Co.’s business philosophy. To that end, we strive to provide our customers with effective lines of communication and to ensure that their goals are met completely. We can provide simple pencil-and-paper sketches or more detailed CAD-based renderings suitable for presentation.
Yes. We currently deliver to the local Charlottesville, VA area, and can ship to other areas of the country via UPS, FedEx, freight companies, etc. International shipping is determined on a case-by-case basis.
This is a question without a simple answer. We do our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner. A lot of this schedule depends, however, on the current state of our shop schedule, material availability/lead times, the complexity of your project, and other factors. Once we have finalized your work order and received your deposit, we can better assess the timeframe for delivery.
