Our rigid quality-control inspection process seeks out any defects or inaccuracies before the product is prepared for delivery or shipment, thereby providing a highly desirable outcome.

Answer: Yes! Complete customer service is at the core of Aaron & Co.’s business philosophy. To that end, we strive to provide our customers with effective lines of communication and to ensure that their goals are met completely. We can provide simple pencil-and-paper sketches or more detailed CAD-based renderings suitable for presentation.

2: Can Aaron & Co. ship or deliver my product(s)?

Answer: Yes. We currently deliver to the local Charlottesville, VA area, and can ship to other areas of the country via UPS, FedEx, freight companies, etc. International shipping is determined on a case-by-case basis.

3: How long will it take to receive my product(s)?

Answer: This is a question without a simple answer. We do our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner. A lot of this schedule depends, however, on the current state of our shop schedule, material availability/lead times, the complexity of your project, and other factors. Once we have finalized your work order and received your deposit, we can better assess the timeframe for delivery.
